This is the 20 hour Instructor-Led course approved by NMLS. This program prepares the student to sit for the NMLS licensing examination. This course includes 3 hours of Federal Law, 3 hours of Ethics, 2 hrs. relating to Non-Traditional Mortgage Products, and 12 hours of Electives. The NMLS requires that the course has a fixed start and ending date and time. This course will become accessible at 10 am (ET) on 05/07/2024 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on 05/20/2024.

To enhance learning, the content is presented in PowerPoint and audio and eliminates the need to read hundreds of pages of text online. Students have the opportunity to communicate with other students in the class through forums and with the instructor through e-mail. In addition to the questions in the course, ProEducate offers an extensive exam prep, which includes 300 questions to help you pass the national component of the SAFE MLO Test. The exam prep is available to you at no cost after you complete the course.
